Aesthetic Skin Co. By Lilly Skin & Injectable Membership program comes with certain terms and conditions. As a member, you can enjoy various perks, such as exclusive discounts, priority bookings, and tailored skincare advice. However, it's crucial to remember that these benefits are subject to specific rules and guidelines. These guidelines serve to provide a fair and beneficial experience for all members. Please find below detailed membership validity, usage, and cancellation, to ensure clear understanding and smooth operation of the program. Make sure to read and understand these terms and conditions before joining to get the most out of your skin membership.

  • Memberships 12 month term, 52 weekly payments or 26 fortnightly repayments. 

  • Weekly or fortnightly repayments differ from individual to individual and are dependent on your chosen membership.  

  • Weekly debits from A glow including a 3.5% transaction admin fee apply. 

  • Initial one off Aglow set up fee $7.70 apply.

  • $50 Deposit is to be placed to secure your first appointment, the $50 Deposit will be added to your account as credit and will go towards your membership treatments. 

  • Failed payments, incur an aglow administrative fee of $7.70

  • If you need to change the debit date or frequency please call A customer service on:1300 585 130 or email support@getaglow.co.

  • If your circumstances change please call Aesthetic Skin Co. By Lilly on 0488911956.

  • Terminating your membership early may lead to an additional 2 weeks of membership direct debit payments being deducted or the balance for treatments received at Aesthetic Skin Co. by Lilly.

  • If unforeseen circumstances arise membership changes or termination is up to the discretion of Aesthetic Skin Co. By Lilly 

  • Treatments may vary at the discretion of your medical professional, this may incur additional charges if the treatment amount succeeds the membership plan. 

  • Memberships cannot be refunded or transferred to cash.

  • Memberships cannot be transferred to another person.

  • Membership program can not be combined with any other promotions or discounts, including refer a friend program, discounted vouchers or discounted products. 

  • Membership perks cannot be combined with other promotions or applied to gift card purchases.

  • Add on memberships are at the allocated price and will add to your original Membership package.

  • Your membership will automatically cease at the end of the 12 month term.

  • All additional membership perks will also cease at 12 months.
