Body memberships are designed for clients planning long-term body contouring and skin-focused treatments. These may include services that address concerns such as localised fat, muscle tone, cellulite, and skin laxity, following individual consultation and assessment.

Memberships provide structured savings and planning options. All treatments remain subject to individual consultation, assessment, and clinical appropriateness.
Is there a minimum term?
Yes, memberships are a 12-month minimum with flexible monthly, weekly or fortnightly payment options.
Can I pause or cancel my membership?
We understand that life happens, and we’re here to support you. If you need to pause or cancel your membership, please reach out to us directly so we can assess your situation on an individual basis. If you're cancelling due to a simple change of mind, a cancellation fee may apply. However, in genuine circumstances, we have previously waived this fee at our discretion. If you’ve already redeemed treatments that exceed the total amount you've paid into your membership, we’ll just ask that the outstanding balance is settled before cancellation.
Are membership treatments the same as regular treatments?
Yes, membership treatments are the same high-quality services we offer individually, just delivered as part of a structured plan at exclusive member rates and with added perks.
What happens if I miss a treatment?
If you’re unable to attend your scheduled appointment, please provide at least 48 hours’ notice so we can assist with rescheduling within your membership period. Appointments cancelled with less than 48 hours’ notice or missed without notice may be forfeited in accordance with our cancellation policy.
How are payments made?
Membership payments are set up as automatic direct debits, processed weekly or fortnightly depending on your chosen plan. You’ll receive confirmation of each payment and can access your treatment inclusions through the Aglow app.
Can I customise my membership?
Yes. We offer personalised membership plans tailored to your skin journey, goals, and preferred frequency of treatment. Our team will guide you through a consultation to design the most effective plan.
Do memberships expire?
Yes, treatments must be used within the active membership period. Unused sessions may not carry over unless previously arranged under special circumstances.
